It helps you advance your career and boosts your organization’s bottom line through your mastery of quality skills. The high-level goal of the BB program is to provide all needed Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques at Black Belt (BB) level to the program participants.

The program contains two major components:
  1. In-class Training: based on the ASQ (American Society for Quality) DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) methodology while covering all the basic and the advanced Six Sigma & Lean Sigma tools & techniques at Black Belt level;
  2. On-the-job training and project performance: every participant will lead a Six Sigma project or will take part in a Six Sigma small group project.
    The project performance objective is to practice and master the DMAIC methodology and to use basic and ad vanced Six Sigma tools & techniques.
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program is based on the ASQ (American Society for Quality) program. Ongoing adjustments can be made to the program in order to meet the customer needs and requirements.
